At Logotown we take pride in the detail of our promotional products & specialty advertising work and the vast majority of our imprinted orders are done to perfection. But like any business, on the rare occassion, things don't go just right. That is why if after preapproving the promotional product and the imprint artwork you are not satisfied with the quality of the finished goods we will immediately take action to replace the promotional product(s) or refund your money - guaranteed!
- Invoice Payment
The following forms of payment are accepted, at time of order placement:

- Mastercard
- American Express
- Discovery Card
- Money Order
- Letter of Credit
- Check - which must clear our bank before any work is commenced on the project.
- Minimum Order
Our minimum order requirement for imprinted promotional products & specialty advertising is $350.00, exclusive of extra charges for artwork, preparation charges (discs, dies, products, etc.), shipping and handling, taxes, or duties.
- Online Catalog Pricing
Once a specialty advertising order has been placed, pricing is guaranteed. Other than firm orders, our online catalog pricing is subject to change without notice.
- Trademark Notice
Products and logos shown on our web site appear only to illustrate the basic promotional products and ability to include corporate identity messages and art on them. It is never intended to suggest that imprints were designed by this company or that the products with those specific imprints are readily available to any purchaser, without permission of the owners of the trademarked or copyrighted art or copy.
- Trademarks, Copyrights and Registration Marks
Logotown Promotions.com Inc. bears no responsibility for legal infringements. We assume that the customer has permission to use all imprint designs to be reproduced on advertising specialties & promotional products distributed by Logotown.
- Product Delivery
Please mark clearly on your e-mail purchase order when a critical delivery date is required for an order. Also please specify on your order any preferred method of shipping. Logotown will make every effort to ship your goods on time and by the means requested. If special shipping is required to meet your delivery date you will be notified. All orders are F.O.B. manufacturers factory unless otherwise specified.
- Returned Goods
Merchandise may not be returned without prior authorization. If there is a problem with your customized order you must notify our office within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Immediate action will then be taken in line with our Satisfaction Guaranteed policy.
- Product Samples
Logotown will be happy to supply samples of any specialty advertising & promotional products which interest you. Cost, including shipping, handling and taxes (and duties if applicable) is payable before sample order is processed as per methods of payment outlined above. Should you decide to place an order the cost of the sample will be deducted from the cost of the order. If you do not decide to place the order, the sample will be considered to be purchased and no refund will be issued.
