Word Search - The word search section is very helpful in narrowing the number of options delivered by the search engine. When selecting words be careful tp keep them general. The option to match the exact phrase entered or any of the words entered is also given. Example - If you were looking for a highlighter that used blue ink, you would choose the writing instrument category and type in blue highlighter in word search and choose "exact phrase" for matching purposes. If you were to choose "any words" for matching purposes, the search engine would deliver options which included every highlighter and every blue pen or pencil or every pen which uses blue ink. Conversely."exact phrase" will deliver all the blue highlighters available in the catalog.
