These are some simple steps that are important to remember when using the promotional product shopping carts on our site. Please note that these shopping carts have been added for your convenience - not ours. If you would rather not use them, contact us and we will be happy to take the information over the phone, by e-mail or by fax.

1. Logotown has 2 different promotional product shopping carts that you may be exposed to.
   Shopping Cart 1 - You will be exposed to this shopping cart if you choose to purchase items from any of our exclusive selections featured only in Specials, Custom Corporate Stores, and Featured Items shops on our web site.
   Shopping Cart 2 - You will be exposed to this shopping cart if you purchase specialty advertising items from any other category or location on our site that is not mentioned above.

Although we would like to simplify things through the utilization of only 1 promotional product shopping cart, it was simply not possible at this time, that is if we wanted to offer you both the exclusivity of our shops and the awesome selection of tens of thousands of advertising specialty products in our online catalog (we hope you appreciate those exclusive collections and extensive product selection). Both carts ideally work the same (instructions follow). The only important thing to remember is that if you purchase items from the 2 different carts, you must check out twice. Then add the 2 "check out" amounts together for your total purchase.

2. Remember to fill out the required fields in the carts or your order will not transmit.

4. In fact, phone us any time. The shopping carts are there for your convenience. At the same time you don't have to use them if you don't want to. Use our toll free line (1-888-361-5646), e-mail us, or fax us.
5. If you're worried about transmitting all the details of your promotional products order accurately...relax. We will never process an order without talking to you first to ensure our understanding of your requirements.
6. The pricing in the shopping carts is for specialty advertising and promotional products merchandise only and therefore does not include costs for artwork, shipping and handling, and any applicable taxes and duties.
7. We use cookies for one reason only: to ensure the functionality of the shopping cart. We assign you a unique session ID number along with some other minor tracking information in a single cookie. This cookie is NOT saved to your hard disk drive and is erased from your computer's memory (RAM) after you close your web browser. We do not extract any private or personal information from your computer. If you have your computer programmed to not accept cookies, you will not be able to utilize our shopping carts, so please phone us toll free at or e-mail us.

Shopping Cart 1 - Instructions

If you would like to buy any particular promotional product or specialty advertising items from the Unique Boutique, Featured Items, Specials, or Millennium shops on our site you will be dealing with Shopping Cart 1.

Adding Products to Shopping Cart 1

If you would like to buy a particular promotional product, add it to your shopping cart by indicating the quantity you desire and clicking on the "Add to Shopping Cart" icon. Your shopping cart list will be automatically displayed indicating item purchased, quantity, unit price and total price for merchandise only (artwork, freight, and any applicable taxes and/or duty will be extra). Once you have finished reviewing your list you may return to shopping by clicking on the icon bearing that name or if you decide you would like to check out and send us the order, click on the "Next" icon.

Please note that Shopping Cart 1 does not have any space available for indicating color preferences or artwork details. We will confirm this information with you when we call to discuss your order before processing.

Also note that you have the ability to edit your order when reviewing your shopping cart list. Should you wish to delete an item from the cart, click on the "DEL" button next to the order quantity on the list. Should you wish to change the order quantity, highlight the current order quantity and type in the new quantity. Then click on the "Recalculate Order" icon to recalculate your total.

After you have finished adding promotional products to your shopping cart and you wish to begin the process of sending us your order, select the "Check Out" button (if you are on a product page) or click on the "Next" icon if you are reviewing your order. First the "Customer Details" screen will appear. Please enter information here that will allow us to contact you. When you have finished, click on the "next" icon again and you will come to the "Shipping Details" screen. Please enter the shipping address, etc. here and click on the "Next" icon when you are done. The next screen to appear will be "Payment Details" where you will enter your credit card information. When done, click on the "next" icon one last time to review all the details of the order. If you are satisfied with the accuracy of the data you've entered click on the order icon. If you discover a mistake click on the back icon until you come to the screen where the incorrect information was entered.

If you would like to buy or just need additional information about a particular promotional product, add it to your shopping cart by selecting either "Buy Item" or "Need Info" on individual product pages. Your shopping cart list will be sent to us to process your order. If you are buying the item, we ask that you select the quantity you would like to order, color and size information and custom imprinting instructions. Once completed, you can review the contents of your shopping cart where the pricing of your items are calculated. The pricing on our site does not include additional pricing, such as set-up charges, shipping, taxes, etc.

After you finish adding products to your shopping cart, select the "Shopping Cart" button. By selecting the "Check Out" button, you will arrive at an order form to complete your check out process. Fill out the secure order form with your shipping and billing instructions. Your order or request for information will automatically be sent and we will contact you shortly.
